Trailermen are one of the first UK production facilities to upgrade to Avid’s latest and greatest pro-audio platform – ProTools HDX.
The new upgrade includes 5 new ProTools HD I/O interfaces, new C|24 Control Surface, ProTools 10 software and HDX2 hardware running on a 12 core Apple Mac Pro, offering massive gains in DSP horsepower and I/O flexibility. The upgraded ProTools system will be used primarily for mixing, and compliments our existing Logic Pro writing/arranging facility and dedicated Vienna Ensemble sample farm. Together, these systems offer 112GB of RAM, dedicated to running the latest high-end libraries and most extensive orchestral and electronic templates available, which support our work with live musicians.
Trailermen have always been committed to the highest standards of pro-audio production, and our adoption of the very latest technical advancements underlines our passion for delivering to clients the highest standards available.
